This unique model features our copyrighted outline of the magnificent Mount Ararat and is carved from one piece of walnut wood and features hornbeam wood incrustation. Combination of complex elements covers the entire surface of the backgammon. One side depicts an everyday village scene where a woman spins yarn on a traditional spinning wheel and another tends to a traditional butter churn called khnotsi that is hanging from a tree. The reverse side of the backgammon is designed for playing checkers, which is engraved with a wicker ornaments.

This model is completely handcrafted. The surface is treated with natural beeswax. The hinges and locks are made of cast bronze. The entire playing field is hand carved out of one piece of wood.

The set includes:

32 playing pieces made of beech and walnut wood. Affixed on each piece is the Ornamental motif cast of aluminum and zinc, alloy and bronze.

The bottom of each piece is covered with velvet fabric.

Dice are made from billiards balls,
